Libertango llegó a Sandy tras hacerse un nombre en Brasil y trae a Utah una parrilla argentina de alta cocina, con cortes premium a la brasa y una carta amplia de vinos sudamericanos. El menú se inspira en la herencia española, italiana y francesa de la cocina argentina: bife con chimichurri, batatas, morcilla y postres de dulce de leche. El comedor apuesta por una elegancia cálida, pensada para cenas largas y celebraciones. Solo sirve cena de lunes a sábado, conviene reservar.
