Los Primos is Cache Valley’s go-to for Salvadoran food, and it even landed a spot on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. The pupusas revueltas and the cheese-and-loroco (a floral bud used as a filling) version are pressed by hand on the griddle and served with curtido and salsa roja. The menu crosses into Mexico too, with carne asada burritos, tacos, and tortas, plus horchata and tres leches cake. The room is plain and family-run, and the owners’ hospitality is part of the experience.
