The Culture Behind the Flavor
A Colombian grill house in South Jordan where the picada platters land piled with grilled beef, chorizo, chicharrón, and yuca for the whole table to pick at. The churrasco is cooked over open flame and served with chimichurri and a griddled arepa. Calentao and empanadas cover the lighter end of the menu for a quicker lunch. Closed Mondays, and almost everything here is built to share.
