Cash only, closed Thursdays, and packed the rest of the week – El Paraiso is the kind of taquería that never needed to advertise. Tacos come three or four to an order with a salsa bar that goes well past the usual red and green. Friday nights run past midnight, which makes it Ogden’s default post-shift and post-bar taco stop.
