Open from seven in the morning until eleven at night, seven days a week, La Patrona is St. George’s answer to both the early shift and the late craving. The tagline is Sabores de Mi Tierra and the kitchen backs it up with birria, al pastor off the trompo, and breakfast burritos before sunrise. You order at the counter, grab a table, and work the salsa bar. Prices stay low even at ten at night.
