The Culture Behind the Flavor
Northern Peruvian cooking on State Street, which means seco norteño alongside the more familiar lomo saltado and a quarter or half chicken with green sauce. Portions are large, the meat is properly tender, and the house lemonade lands on the right side of tart. Parking in the shared lot is tight, so allow a few extra minutes. Closed Sundays, with a later close on Friday and Saturday.
