A family-run Vernal fixture with a self-serve salsa bar that is better stocked than the salsa brought to the table. Barbacoa is the standout, noticeably different from the brisket most kitchens serve out here. Quesabirria runs à la carte without sides. The kids’ menu stays cheap, the drink list is long, and food comes out fast. Closed Sundays, with shorter hours on Saturday.
