The Culture Behind the Flavor
A permanently parked truck on Mill Creek Drive with picnic tables under the trees, which makes it the right stop after a morning on the rocks. Quesabirria tacos and al pastor are the orders to make, and the salsas are worth working through. Ingredients are largely local and the kitchen will do dairy-free versions on request. Wednesday through Saturday only, closing at seven. Easy parking, plenty of shade.
