The Valdez family moved from a food truck into this Holladay storefront and kept the short, protein-driven menu. Al pastor, barbacoa, carnitas, lengua and nopalitos all show up in tacos or on plates, and the nopal salad with house-fried chips is a genuinely good vegetarian order. The dining room is bright and small. There is a drive-thru lane if you are heading up Murray Holladay Road in a hurry. Closed Sundays.
