The Culture Behind the Flavor
One of the few Salvadoran kitchens on the Riverdale Road corridor, turning out pupusas revueltas with curtido and a thin tomato salsa on the side. The pastelitos and tamales are worth adding to the order. It is a modest storefront with a handful of tables and quick counter service. Closed Mondays, and midweek hours are short, so aim for Thursday through Saturday if you want the full menu.
