The Culture Behind the Flavor
A family-run trailer parked in the Smith’s Marketplace lot in Kaysville, mixing Yucatecan-leaning Mexican plates with a few Argentine touches, including a two-pound sandwich that has become its calling card. Everything is cooked to order, so expect a short wait. There is no indoor seating, just a picnic table or your car. Closed Sundays. Follow their Instagram before driving out, since weather can shorten the day.
