The Culture Behind the Flavor
Part tortilla factory, part bakery, part taqueria, tucked into a Providence side street. The corn tortillas are pressed on site and sold by the bag, which alone justifies the drive. Cheap tacos, conchas and other pan dulce round out the counter. Closed Mondays, open at eight the rest of the week and closing early Sunday. Buy tortillas warm and eat them in the car.
