If you’re near the Salt Lake City airport, don’t miss one of Utah’s most authentic Mexican dining experiences: Tacos Tacuba. Step inside and you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to Mexico City. The Culture Behind the Flavor
A fixed-location food trailer parked in front of the Tractor Supply in Stansbury Park, serving tacos, burritos and quesadillas to a valley with few independent options. Meats are grilled to order and the red salsa carries real heat. Only open Tuesday through Friday, so weekend trips will come up empty. Seating is a couple of outdoor tables. Check their Instagram for closures before driving out from Tooele.
