The Culture Behind the Flavor
The obvious stop if you come off I-15 at Nephi hungry, and better than it needs to be for a town this size. Doors open at eight, which makes the huevos rancheros and breakfast burritos a genuine option rather than a technicality. Later in the day the chile verde and carne asada plates carry the menu. Closed Sundays, and the kitchen shuts an hour early on Saturday.
