The Culture Behind the Flavor
A Highway 40 dining room on the west edge of Vernal, and one of the later kitchens in the Uinta Basin. Steak plates, the chile verde and the fajita burritos are what regulars order, and the chips and salsa land before you finish sitting down. Staff are notably patient with rig crews and road-trippers arriving at odd hours. Open seven days until ten, eleven on weekends.
