The Culture Behind the Flavor
Open since 2004, Alicia’s Panaderia is one of the most beloved Mexican bakeries in West Valley City. Trays come out before dawn with conchas, orejas (palmier-style cookies), polvorones, cuernitos, and fresh churros. They also make tres leches cakes and sponge cakes to order for baptisms, quinceañeras, and birthdays. You walk in, grab a tray and tongs, and choose your pan dulce the way you would at any bakery in Mexico.
