The Culture Behind the Flavor
Churrascaría familiar fundada en 2004 por Junior Lopes, brasileño afincado en Utah desde los noventa. Los gauchos pasan mesa por mesa cortando picaña, cordero, cerdo y pollo, con los infaltables piña asada y queso a la parrilla; hay además barra fría y caliente con guarniciones brasileñas y pão de queijo sin gluten. Ambiente cálido y ruidoso en el buen sentido, muy usado para celebraciones.
