The Culture Behind the Flavor
A family-run sit-down spot on Cedar City’s south end with one dish everybody talks about: pineapple shrimp fajitas served inside a halved pineapple. The rest of the menu is solid, unfussy Mexican-American comfort – enchiladas, chile verde, fajitas – with a decent margarita list. The room is casual and busy with families most evenings. Closed Sundays.
