The Culture Behind the Flavor
A long-running Roy drive-up known for oversized burritos and an all-day breakfast that starts at eight. The machaca burrito and the smothered green chile version are the ones locals name first. It is fast food in format but made to order, with a short indoor counter and a busy pickup window. Note the odd Monday schedule: they do not open until five that day.
