Cafe Sabor occupies a restored railroad depot on Logan’s west side, and that piece of architecture is a big part of the appeal. The cooking leans Southwestern Mexican: chile verde burritos, carne asada tacos, shrimp enchiladas, and a much-ordered plate of papas asada (fries topped with grilled steak). In summer the patio fills up and the mood turns festive, with margaritas and music. For anyone seeing Cache Valley for the first time, it’s close to a required stop.
