The Culture Behind the Flavor
A daytime-only carnitas shop tucked into a light-industrial pocket off Swaner Road. Pork is the point: order it by the pound with tortillas, or as tacos piled high for a couple of dollars each. Everything else on the board is supporting cast. The dining area is a handful of tables and it stays clean. Doors close by four most days and by two on Sunday, so this is a breakfast-and-lunch errand. Closed Mondays.
