The Culture Behind the Flavor
A small dining room off 27th Street with a Día de Muertos mural painted for Ogden and Spanish-language pop on the speakers. Birria is the specialty, either as dipped tacos with consomé or a full bowl, and the corn tortillas are pressed in house. Weekend mornings bring chilaquiles. Service is warm and attentive, the red salsa is genuinely hot, and the kitchen closes on Mondays.
