The Culture Behind the Flavor
An out-of-the-way Carbon County stop that keeps unusually long hours: seven in the morning until ten at night, every day of the week. Menudo, machaca breakfast burritos and birria tacos are the reasons to detour, all built on handmade tortillas. Portions are large for the money and the dining room is plain but clean. Popular with ATV groups coming off the trails, so evenings fill up.
