The Culture Behind the Flavor
A stall inside the Latino Mall on Redwood Road where al pastor comes off a vertical spit with crisp edges and a slice of pineapple. Order it as tacos, in a torta, or on a tostada. Fresh juices and licuados are made to order and are half the reason to stop. Seating is shared mall tables, so this reads more like a market counter than a restaurant. Closes just before eight.
