The Culture Behind the Flavor
A family-run Syracuse dining room where the molcajete gets ordered at half the tables and arrives still bubbling. Ceviche de camarón y pulpo, chile verde burritos and housemade churros round it out, and the agua de piña is better than it needs to be. Service can swing depending on how full the room is. Open daily, with a shorter Sunday and later closing on Friday and Saturday.
