The Culture Behind the Flavor
Provo’s longest-running pupusería, tucked on Center Street, with Salvadoran flags and family photos on the walls. Bean-and-cheese and pork pupusas are pressed to order, and the corn atol is the drink worth trying. Vegetarians do well here between the loroco pupusas and the fried plantains. Staff speak Spanish first. Closed Wednesdays, with a short Sunday that ends at four.
