One of the very few Honduran kitchens in the Salt Lake Valley, and worth the drive down to Sandy. Baleadas (thick flour tortillas folded over refried beans, crema, and cheese) are the easy entry point, and the sopa de caracol (conch chowder in coconut broth) is the dish to order if you are curious. Fried plantains, carne asada plates, and Honduran-style tamales round out the menu. Small room, big flavors, closed Mondays.
