The Culture Behind the Flavor

Adobada and carne asada are the strongest of roughly a dozen fillings, and the California burrito with fries inside is the late-night order. Breakfast burritos start at seven. Nothing about the room is fancy, which is the point. Open every day from seven in the morning until eleven at night, so it fills gaps most kitchens leave open.
