The Culture Behind the Flavor
Al pastor specialists in Orem, carving pork off a vertical trompo the way it is supposed to be done. Tacos come small and stacked, topped with pineapple and a squeeze of lime, and the quesabirria is a close second favorite. Friday and Saturday they stay open until midnight, which brings in a late, loud crowd. Closed Sundays.
