The Culture Behind the Flavor
A small Main Street operation named for its corn tortillas, pressed and griddled on site. Tortas draw the loudest praise, though the smothered burrito and the birria tacos hold their own. Agua frescas rotate, fresas con crema shows up as a dessert, and the churros are worth saving room for. The owner usually runs the counter himself. Closed Sundays; otherwise open eleven hours straight.
