The Culture Behind the Flavor
The Salvadoran kitchen anchoring Hyrum’s Main Street, where pupusas are pressed to order and served with curtido and salsa roja. Weekends bring the fuller spread, including breakfast plates from eight in the morning. It is a small, family-run room with a handful of tables and Spanish-language radio playing. Closed Mondays. Cash is welcome and often quicker, though cards are accepted at the counter.
