The Culture Behind the Flavor
Do not be put off by the address: this kitchen works out of a Texaco on Coral Canyon Boulevard and took the county fair’s salsa award anyway. Carne asada tacos, ceviche and the breakfast burritos are why locals stop. Seating is a handful of tables beside the convenience-store aisles. Open ten to nine every day including Sunday, which makes it useful on the Zion drive.
