The Culture Behind the Flavor
North Logan’s answer to a group dinner: the familia molcajete arrives in a hot stone bowl loaded with meat, cheese and nopales, easily enough for four. Chiles rellenos and quesabirria are solid smaller orders, and the chilaquiles get repeat mentions from Spanish-speaking regulars. The room is clean and the servers check in often. Closed Mondays, with a shorter Sunday. Call ahead for a big table.
