The Culture Behind the Flavor
Mi Ranchito started in Orem in 1983 and remains in the same family’s hands, with its flagship now in American Fork. The menu is classic sit-down Mexican: fajitas, enchiladas, chimichangas, and generously sized combination plates. Salsas and guacamole are made in house and come with the complimentary basket of tortilla chips. The dining room is roomy and works for a business lunch as easily as a family dinner.
