The Culture Behind the Flavor
Cali-style burritos in a Davis County strip mall: foil-wrapped, heavy, and built around carne asada, fries and cheese. The loaded fries come in several versions, including a vegetarian one, and the salted caramel churros are a real dessert rather than an afterthought. Be aware of the split schedule midweek, when the kitchen closes between lunch and dinner. Monday and Sunday are dark.
