The Culture Behind the Flavor
A straightforward Salvadoran counter in north Orem turning out pupusas to order, revueltas through loroco and cheese, with curtido and salsa on the side. Plantains, tamales and horchata fill out a short menu. It is small and mostly takeout, and the wait runs ten to fifteen minutes since nothing is made ahead. Open six days a week, closing at seven; Mondays are dark.
