The Culture Behind the Flavor
Sonoran cooking in Provo, which means mesquite-grilled carne asada, thin flour tortillas, and Sonoran hot dogs wrapped in bacon and buried under beans and salsa. The asada plates arrive with grilled onions, roasted chiles, and a salsa bar worth working through. It is a small, casual place with a short menu done properly. Closed Mondays, and Sunday is a short day.
