The Culture Behind the Flavor
The nicest sit-down Mexican room in Brigham City, with saturated colors, plenty of natural light and a staff that knows the regulars by name. Chile verde burritos, tacos al carbón and fajitas for two anchor the menu, and there is a separate, cheaper lunch list worth asking about. It fills up on Friday and Saturday nights, when the kitchen stays open an hour later. Closed Sundays.
