The Culture Behind the Flavor
Yes, it operates inside a Shell station, and yes, the pupusas are the real thing. Revuelta, loroco, jalapeño, and ayote (squash) all come off the griddle with curtido and thin tomato salsa. The horchata is made in house, and there are American breakfast plates for anyone in the group who is not on board. A second location runs up the road in Parowan.
