The Culture Behind the Flavor
A fast-casual taqueria on Fort Union with tortillas pressed in house and tinted with hibiscus and chile. The steak and fish tacos are the standouts, but the tortas are underordered and shouldn’t be. A birria plate covers the richer end of the menu, and stuffed churros or rice pudding close things out. Order at the counter, seating is modern and bright. Open daily eleven to nine.
