A Colombian restaurant and bakery under one roof on Redwood Road, open at seven for calentado and strong Colombian coffee. The bandeja paisa is the full production – beans, rice, chicharrón, chorizo, fried egg, sweet plantain, and an arepa – and it can feed two people. Up front, the bakery case holds pandebono and almojábanas (warm cheese breads) that sell out early. They are closed Sundays, so plan the week around it.
