The Culture Behind the Flavor
Sinaloa-style seafood on Payson’s Main Street, which is not something this end of Utah County had before. Ceviche tostadas, aguachile and the shrimp plates are the point; the land options are competent but beside it. The room is small and casual, with a few tables and a counter. Closed Mondays, open until ten Friday and Saturday, and street parking on Main is easy outside the dinner rush.
