Heber’s best-regarded taqueria, with parking and the entrance around back, easy to miss from Main Street. Enchiladas michoacanas, shrimp quesadillas and the house Mexican sushi rolls are the ones people come back for, and portions run large. Prices sit slightly above the taco-truck norm, which the quality justifies. No aguas frescas on the menu, so plan accordingly. Closed Sundays.
