The Culture Behind the Flavor
A Layton counter shop where the marinades and aguas frescas are made from scratch, including horchata, jamaica and pineapple. The birria and the asada are the two to compare on a first visit. It is bright, clean and geared toward quick lunches off Hill Field Road. Closed Sundays, open at ten the rest of the week. Order at the register; refills on agua fresca are not automatic.
