The Culture Behind the Flavor
A late-night taco counter a short walk from BYU housing, with a signing wall and a shelf of board games. Birria tacos with consomme and the surf-and-turf loaded fries keep the line moving past ten. Tuesdays bring dollar street tacos with a student ID. The kitchen runs to midnight on Friday and Saturday, unusual for this stretch of north Provo, and opens late at noon on Sunday.
