The Culture Behind the Flavor
One of the few kitchens in Utah County cooking Peruvian to order, sharing a downtown building with a tamale shop. Lomo saltado and aji de gallina are the anchors, and the ceviche is worth waiting for when the kitchen has good fish. Portions run large enough to split between two. The dining area is small and shared, so expect a short wait at peak. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
